UNISON actively took part in the negotiations on the recent development and revision of all University Procedures – Disciplinary, Grievance, Sickness Absence, Capability, Flexi-Scheme, Appraisal, Bank Holiday entitlement, etc. The University welcomes our input, knowledge and experience from a local level and also from the UNISON Regional Office.
We continue to be involved in negotiation on any new policy or procedure from the outset to implementation.
We therefore have a great understanding of these procedures and how they work so we can help, advise and support our members. The University also appreciates our involvement and actively encourages us to participate.
